Les will be well-known to many VETTS members and was a regular and popular player at many of our VETTS tournaments as well as events in and around Yorkshire.
Just a few days ago, Les competed in the Super 60s for his team 'Different Gravy' alongside his friends and supported by his partner, VETTS player, Lynne Thompson.
Lynne has asked that we pass this sad news on to his many friends in the VETTS, and she has stressed how much he loved his table tennis and playing in our events.
Our most sincere condolences to Lynne, and to all Les's family and friends.
